Delete Your CivicPulse Account

You can request deletion of your CivicPulse account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to civicpulse.tech@gmail.com from the email address associated with your CivicPulse account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.
We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name and email address
- Your account credentials and sign-in link (Google / Apple)
- Any personally identifying link between you and your activity in the app
What is retained
Ratings and photos you’ve submitted are not deleted outright. Instead, they are anonymized — the link to your account is permanently severed (your user ID is removed from that data) — so the civic data remains useful to your community, without being tied to you personally.
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
